کابل ښاروالي: د کابل ښارسړکونه جوړوو
 Office of the Kabul Mayor: Constructing Kabul city roads
کابل ښاروالي وايي ډير ژر به د ښار په بيلا بيلو برخو کې د لسگونو کيلومتره سړکونو د جوړولو چارې پيل کړي .
 The office of the Kabul Mayor says the construction of several kilo meter roads in different parts of the city will be started soon.
ښاروالي په پلان کې لري چې تر ژمي وړاندې د ښار د دغو جوړېدونکو سړکونو کار پاى ته ورسوي .
 The office is planning to complete the construction of these roads before winter.
د دغو چارو په تر سره کېدو به ښاروالي نژدې سل ميليون ډالره و لگوي .
 The office will spend nearly one hundred million dollars on this project.
د کابل ښاروالى چارواکي وايي چې د دغو سړکونو په جوړېدو به ښار نوي بڼه غوره کړي، خود يادولووړ ده چې په تېرو څو کلونو کې يو شمېر نوي جوړشوي سړکونه ډېر ژر بېرته خراب شوي دي .
 Officials of the Kabul Mayor office say the city will take a new shape after the construction of these roads, but it is to be mentioned that the new constructed roads of previous years dilapidated soon after their construction.
کابل ښاروالي له پنځه مياشتنې ځنډ وروسته يو ځل بيا د ښار د يو شمېر مهمو سړکونو د جوړولو زېرى ورکوي .

له تېر ژمي راپدېخوا د يو شمېر سړکونو د جوړولو چارې په ټپه ولاړې وې .

د ښاروالۍ چارواکو يې لامل د سم منظم پلان نشتوالى په گوته کړ، خو اوس وايي چې د ښار په بېلابېلو برخو کې د نويو او پخوانيو سړکونو د قير کولو چارې ته پلانونه جوړ شوي او په نژدې راتلونکي کې د ښار د مهمو سړکونو دجوړولو د پيل يادونه کوي .
 The officials of the Mayor office said it was because of the lack of an organized plan. But now they say they have made planning to asphalt the new and old roads in different parts of the city and say they will commence constructing important roads very soon.
د کابل ښاروالي مرستيال عبدالاحد واحد د جوړېدونکو سړکونو يادونه کوي :
 The Deputy Mayor of Kabul Abdul Ahad Wahid points to the roads being constructed:
‘’ پـه دغو سړکونو کې د هوايي ډگر باغ بالا، کارته اريانا پوهنتون، د احمد شا بابا مېنې دواړه سړکونه، د خيرخانې يو سړک، د رحمان مينې سړک، د کابل د سېند د دواړو غاړو سړکونه او څو نور پـکې شامل دي ))
 “In these roads include the Airport to Bagh Bala road, Karta e Aryana to University road, both roads of Ahmad Shah Baba Mena, one road of Khair Khana, Rahman Mena road, both roads across Kabul sea and a few others.”
دغه سړکونه چې د کابل ښاروالۍ مرستيال يې يادونه وکړه شاوخوا سلو کيلومترو ته رسېږي، چې په درو سړکونو يې کار روان دى اوپه پاتې نورو به يې ډېر ژر کار پيل شي .
 The roads that Depty Mayor of Kabul pointed to are about one hundred kilo meteres, of which three roads are being constructed and the rest will be underconstruction very soon.
په پام کې ده چې د دغو ټولوټاکل شويو سړکونو جوړېدل تر ژمي وړاندې پيل شي .
 It has been planned to start the construction of all of the roads before winter.
د کابل ښار د دغو سړکونو د جوړولو لپاره نړيوال بانک، متحده عرب اماراتو، تر کيې او جاپان د لسگونو ميليونو ډالرو د مرستې ژمنه کړې ده .
 World Bank, United Arab Emirates, Turkey and Japan have promised to provide hundreds of millions of dollars aid to construct these roads in Kabul.
ښاغلى واحد وايي چې تر اويا ميليون ډالره به يې سږکال مصرف شي :
 Mr Wahid believes that about seventy million dollars may be spent this year.
‘’ نړيوال بانک ١٨ ميليون ډالره، د جاپان لخوا ٦ ميليون ډالره، د ترکيې لخوا هم يو ه اندازه پيسې ځانگړې شوې او متحده عرب اماراتو لخوا ٣٠ ميليون ډالره مرسته کړي .
 “World Bank 18 million dollars, Japan 6 million dollars, Turkey has also allocated some money and United Arab Emirates has aided 30 million dollars.
سږکال به ٧٧ ميليون ډالره له ژمي وړاندې په سړکونو مصرف کړو .
 This year we may spent 77 million dollars on road construction before winter.
د خلکو له دې نيوکې سره سره چې په تېرو څو کلونو کې د کابل په ښار کې ډېرکم سړکونه جوړ شوي داسې ښکاري چې يو شمېر نوي پاخه شوي سړکونه ژر بېرته خراب شوي .
 Despite common people reproachfully say that there was very low road construction in previous years, the signs say that some new constructed roads are dilapidated back.
ښاغلى واحد وايي له جوړېدو دوروسته ارزونې د نشتوالي له کبله يو شمېر سړکونه بېرته خراب شوي .
 Mr Wahid comments that some roads were dilapidated after construction due to the lack of after-construction care.  
خو ژمنه کوي چې دوى به دغې برخې ته پوره پام وکړي .
 And promises they will take steps this time in this regard.
دا مهال دکابل په ښار کې گڼ سرکونه له خاورو او دوړو ډک دي او ښاريان يې د پخېدو په تمه شپې سبا کوي، خو هغه چې جوړ دي د ډېرو ټپونو او داغونو له کبله له سره رغېدو ته اړتيا لري، خو که د کابل ښاروالى د چارواکو د ژمنو سره سم په څو مياشتو کې تر سلو کيلو مترو پورې سړکونه نوي شي نو دا به د کابل ښاريانو لپاره يوه تحفه وي چې کېدى شي د ښار له دوړو او چگړو د خلاصېدو تمه ور سره پيدا شي .
 Presently, many roads in Kabul city are full of dust and dirt and people dream of their construction. But the already constructed roads need complete reconstruction. And if the construction of one hundred kilometer roads completes, according to the officials of the Mayor office, it will be a gift to Kabulis after which they may hope for getting rid of the dust and dirt.
